Special multifunctional processing centre
ProCAM Kft. has developed a
special multifunctional
processing centre that has a
microstep controlling
system.It is able to process
files generated by CAD and
graphicprograms. Its
mechanicsare developed in a unique way,
it gives the possibility of the traditional cutting
processings like milling and engraving, but it has a
water jet cutter head as well. Its working area can
easily be divided among the different processing
methods; each procedure can be applied parallel..
One of the main elements of the system is the
intensifier unit attached to the mechanics above,
which covers the water supply of the cutting
head.It generates more than 4000 bar pressure and
ransmits the liquid through a thin steel pipe
owards the cutting head with a Z axle direction
that lies on the portal bridge of the machine.
